This experiential workshop brings you a combination of meditations, embodiment practices, processes and a safe space for sharing and asking questions related to the shakti within you – in your heart, in your body, in your voice and in your womb.

What an experience the Shakti workshop was! I got goosebumps at many many points with how deeply things resonated and affected me. The processes gave me so many insights and have caused such a deep shift in me. I can feel it on a real, tangible level already. The group activities gave me such a warm feeling of community and belonging, so rare to find, plus being in the presence of such courageous women, listening to them share their stories. There is no refund for this workshop. In case you cannot attend the enitre workshop, please inform us 48 hours prior to the workshop. You will be invited to attend the same workshop when it happens again. In case there is a difference in price next time, then you will be asked to pay the difference to attend. This is not applicable if you miss 1 or 2 days.

I have been learning and offering support through various spiritual practices, therapy, coaching and healing modalities for the last 10 years now. I work with womb owners to help them re-connect to their feminine energy, their womb and their voice. I coach them to reclaim their power.

I work with therapies like Inner Child Integration, Past Life Regression, Systemic & Family Constellation Healing, Rebirthing Breathwork in addition to using tools like Shadow Work, Tarot Cards, Tea-Leaf Reading, Bach Flower Remedy, EFT, Reiki and others. Additionally, I love the moon and the menstrual cycle and my desire is to bring menstrual cycle awareness to the world as well.
